The payment amounts displayed above are approximate costs per month. You will be billed accordingly depending upon the number of companies and the number of employees that are published.

For each company the price per employee is determined by the number of employees published to.

The contract is for a minimum term of one year and you cannot cancel the contract earlier. In addition, the contract will automatically renew for a further one year period, unless you or we send a notice to terminate the contract at least 90 days before the end of each yearly term. If you pay by monthly direct debit, we will debit the “Total per month” cost set out above each month during the term. If you pay the total annual cost in advance, you will not be able to terminate the contract and obtain a refund of any part of the payment.

The prices above exclude value added tax (VAT) and any other taxes, duties or levies. The minimum cost will continue to be charged to you even if you use the service for fewer than the number of employees or if you cease to use the service, unless the contract is terminated as set forth in the terms and conditions. Additional employees in any month will be charged at the per employee price above (and will be charged to you through the direct debit.)
